An exciting New Year on the Farm !

2011 has been a year of additions and experiments for Friends...at the farm.  This year we have added hydroponic lettuce, and herbs.  The lettuce is beautiful, tasty, and incredibly crisp and refreshing.  I highly recommend it.  The herbs are coming along.  I think we may need a bit more research.
 
This year we harvested our first crop of garlic.  Wow!  it is flavorful, robust, and adds goodness to anything it is paired with. We have also planted our "standard" summer garden, and those items will be available in the next week or so.
 
We will be selling our produce as well as our prepared foods at Davis Downtown Market in Downtown Anderson,  and on CAFE in Clemson.
 
We put in a refrigerator at Davis Downtown Market to house our products, and are delivering several times a week.  Please go by and check out our latest harvest.
